Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Monitor team performance through KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue, etc.) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Sales & Business Development
Drive telesales campaigns for FMCG & Ayurveda products, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement telesales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue growth.
Ensure upselling, cross-selling, and repeat customer acquisition through relationship building.
Customer Engagement
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering value-driven product communication.
Address escalated customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and provide feedback to the product/marketing team.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Recommend process improvements and implement best practices in telesales.
Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
