Products are for health make customer proper understanding without hesitation. Domain Experience 1. Should have experience in "Ayurveda Domain" for inbound calling 2. Some Knowledge about the product. 3. Language Proficiency in Hindi and English 4. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) 5. Experience with CRM software in any one 6. Communication Skills should be good in English and Hindi 7. Team Player 8. Confident & Soft-Spoken 9. Great Follow up Skills 10. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints 11. Persistent and results-oriented 12.
