Team Leader - Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our inside sales team in driving student enrollments and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in Ed-Tech or B2C sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5–10 inside sales executives.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team and ensure they are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and mentoring of the sales team.
• Monitor team KPIs including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
• Drive product knowledge and maintain a strong understanding of the educational offerings.
• Handle escalated calls and provide support in closing high-value leads.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion.
• Generate regular reports and insights for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in Ed-Tech, preferably in a team-leading role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
• High level of ownership, motivation, and goal orientation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
