Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales, located in Kottayam. The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, conducting customer service interactions, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing sales data, setting sales targets, mentoring team members, and driving sales performance to meet company goals.

Qualifications

Possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and drive strategy.
Team Management experience for overseeing and mentoring a sales team.
Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction.
Strong Communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
Proven Sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Experience in the mobile-internet or digital services industry is advantageous.
