Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives or Operations staff.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching or support as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Handle client escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.
  • Monitor productivity and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
  • Generate reports on team performance and submit to management.
  • Provide training and onboarding for new team members.
  • Participate in strategic planning and implementation for business growth in the region.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling, sales, or client services.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
