Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales/telecalling/operations executives.
• Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalations efficiently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
• Analyze performance reports and implement data-driven strategies.
• Handle day-to-day operations, team productivity, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in fintech or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of loan products, credit policies, or financial sales will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
