The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing sales operations, channel sales, and customer service. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, maintaining positive customer relationships, closing sales, and developing sales strategies. Effective communication with clients and team members will be essential. Qualifications Customer Service and lead generation skills Sales Operations and Channel Sales experience Strong communication skills Proven track record in a sales role Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
