We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive team performance, foster collaboration, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets in the residential real estate market in PUNE.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Team Leadership & Motivation – Lead, inspire, and drive your sales team to achieve and exceed individual and collective targets.

✅ Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.

✅ Training & Development – Mentor, coach, and enhance the sales skills of team members through regular training.

✅ Client Engagement & Negotiation – Handle high-value negotiations, especially with HNIs, ensuring top-tier service and successful deal closures.

✅ Performance Monitoring – Track sales metrics, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous improvement.

✅ Collaboration – Work closely with CRM, Marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless processes and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Team: Should be able to get team of 5 people along on or before joining .

✔ Leadership Skills: Ability to unite, guide, and drive a diverse team toward shared goals.

✔ Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of residential real estate sales, lead generation, and client handling.

✔ HNI & Negotiation Experience: Ability to engage and close deals with mid-size & high-net-worth individuals.

✔ Languages: Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi is required.

✔ Mobility: Must own a bike/car with a valid license for client visits.
