Team Leader

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Team Leader / Office Manager to manage and coordinate our entire office operations, including multiple e-commerce platform departments (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, team productivity, and consistent business growth through proper reporting and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of all platform departments (Cataloging, Designing, Orders, and Customer Support). Maintain daily work reports, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion. Coordinate between management and team members for smooth operations. Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved. Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members. Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the office. Handle basic administrative duties and maintain office records. Suggest workflow improvements and support company growth strategies. Represent management decisions and maintain confidentiality when needed. Required Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and online platforms. Time management and problem-solving attitude. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations preferred.
