Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of credit card sales professionals to achieve targets and grow revenue.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the competitive banking landscape.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

6-10 years of experience in B2C Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales, Credit Card Sales, Inside Sales, Banking Sales or Loan Sales.
Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective leadership and strategy execution.
Strong understanding of Credit Card Operations, Banking Processes (including loan origination), and Sales Initiatives.
