Diagnose and repair computer and laptop hardware issues. Install operating systems, drivers, and software. Configure LAN, WiFi, routers, and switches. Handle printer setup, toner replacement, and basic networking. Provide onsite support for AMC Required Candidate profile Must have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware and networking field work.Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop assembling, OS installation, software COfiguration, and troubleshooting.
Call potential customers for computer sales and service leads. Explain company services (repairs, AMC, networking, accessories, etc.). Follow up on service calls and new inquiries daily. Maintain a report of calls made, responses, and conversions
