Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in an international setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Enabled Services/BPO and CRM, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in Operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Enabled Services/BPO and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with international teams and clients is preferred.
