Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our Operations team in the international sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Enabled Services/BPO and CRM, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for growth.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader in Operations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of IT Enabled Services/BPO and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience working with international teams is an added advantage.
