The candidate will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring target achievement, handling escalations, and maintaining work discipline. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. • Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and efficiency. • Ensure quality of calls and adherence to company standards. • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly. • Maintain reports on performance, attendance, and productivity. • Conduct daily team meetings and ensure positive team coordination. • Motivate the team to achieve high performance with discipline. Requirements: • Male candidates only • Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling, preferably in the financial services / telecalling industry. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. • Good problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
