Job Title: Telecaller Location: Delhi, krishna park Company: Money Grow Financial Services Department: Sales / Financial Advisory Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Telecaller at Money Grow Financial Services, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients over the phone to promote financial products and services, explain investment or loan options, generate leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers for financial products like loans, investments, insurance, etc. • Explain company services clearly and convincingly. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions. • Follow up with interested customers to close sales or set up appointments. • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets. • Handle basic customer queries and route complex ones to the relevant department. Requirements: • Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply; training provided). • Languages: Proficient in Hindi and basic English.
