Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Annur, Thiruvallur, Kanchipuram, Vijayamangalam, and Vaniyambadi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle teams effectively. This role requires 0-30 days of notice period.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Analyze and resolve complex problems using strong problem-solving skills.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum graduation required; MBA freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in cash handling, hub performance reporting, and SOP adherence.
Skills in retail, e-commerce, telecom, manufacturing, automobile, courier, warehouse, inventory, and logistics.
