Role Summary ​We are hiring a dedicated Team Leader to manage a high-performance team within our Health Insurance Operations division. This role focuses on driving team metrics, ensuring strict quality control, and maintaining high standards of industry compliance. ​✅ Non-Negotiable Requirements ​Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in the Health Insurance sector (Claims, Policy Servicing, etc.). ​Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of health insurance policies, claims processes, and relevant regulations. ​Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. ​Skills: Proven coaching ability, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. ​💼 Key Responsibilities ​Performance: Achieve and exceed daily/monthly team targets (KPIs). ​Coaching: Conduct regular 1:1 coaching and performance reviews for team members. ​Quality & Compliance: Monitor operations to ensure strict adherence to Health Insurance compliance and company quality standards. ​Escalations: Handle and resolve complex policy, claim, or customer issues efficiently. ​Reporting: Prepare accurate performance reports for management review.
