Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. • Understand client requirements, JD specifications, and ensure delivery of quality profiles within timelines. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting. • Conduct regular review meetings with the team to track performance and resolve challenges. • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication. • Maintain strong client relationships and manage escalations effectively. • Provide training & coaching to recruiters on sourcing strategies, communication skills, and recruitment tools. • Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards for management. • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, documentation, and company standards. • Actively contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition.
