Job Title: Team Leader – Sales/ Digital Marketing

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Experience in Digital Marketing Sales Preferred)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our expanding team. This role involves managing a team of sales professionals, overseeing both in-office and field sales activities, and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales—especially within the digital marketing or SaaS sectors—and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee a mix of in-office and field sales activities including client visits, on-site meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and nearby markets.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, tech) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, maintain accurate records, and report sales metrics and forecasts to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in digital marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Organized, proactive, and driven by results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and reporting software.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field sales.
