Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of international sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective B2B sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Gulf region, UAE, EMEA, and other global markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that support sales efforts.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on international business development.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, SaaS sales, IT solution sales, service sales, inside sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Gulf region's culture and market dynamics; ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or meetings.
