Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and team leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Lead and manage a team of fundraisers, providing guidance and support to ensure success.

Build and maintain relationships with major donors and stakeholders.

Research and identify new funding opportunities and partnerships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements
