Team Leader- Corporate Planning - CP-CG

As an experienced professional with 7 to 14 years of experience, your role will involve maintaining effective internal controls and driving cross-functional projects aligned with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for project management by following up and tracking processes to ensure agile and efficient project delivery. Additionally, you will work within cross-functional teams and manage internal communications effectively. Critical approval processes such as the Ringi process and financial board agenda analysis and meetings will be under your purview. Your responsibilities will include strengthening approval process controls, coordinating board meetings, facilitating corporate planning representation in industry forums, monitoring project development and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing communication with stakeholders, facilitating approval document preparation, benchmarking industry standards, and staying updated on technology trends. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Equivalent or Master's degree (MBA) - Strong understanding of internal processes and functions - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - In-depth knowledge of the auto industry - Proficiency in communication, presentation, and business writing - Data-driven approach to strategic solutions - Strong execution orientation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work within stringent timelines - Good interpersonal and networking skills - Knowledge of Power BI, PowerPoint, and MS Excel is desirable As part of this role, you should exhibit strong technical and functional competencies, along with desirable behavioral attributes.
