Job Description

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Equivalent or masters degree (MBA) Experience: 07 years- 14 Years Age Limit : 29-36 Years Job Role Responsibilities Role: Maintaining effective internal controls. Driving various cross-functional projects align with the organizational objectives. Project management through follow-up and tracking processes to ensure project delivery with agility efficiency. Working within various cross-functional teams and managing related internal communication. Managing critical approval processes such as the Ringi process. Facilitating financial board agenda (JVs etc.) analysis meetings Responsibilities: Strengthening of approval process controls with an appropriate and timely feedback to business functions. Effective co-ordination of Board Meetings (JVs etc.) including closure of related action items. Facilitate coordinate activities related to Corporate Planning s representation in various industry forums like SIAM, CII, ASSOCHAM, etc. To monitor ensure smooth Development timely Delivery of project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside Organization. Manage role related communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly. Facilitate / Coordinate for approval documents preparation for Management. Strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to project deliverables. Benchmarking industry standards updating technology space. Competencies Technical/ Functional : Strong understanding of MSIL s internal processes, functions and responsibilities of various Vertical business functions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen in depth knowledge about the auto industry Excellent Communication, presentation, and business writing skills. Keen on learning new upcoming Technologies updated on new market trends. Data driven approach - analyze and propose short-term and long-term strategic solutions. Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach. Confidentiality and Integrity. Behavioral: Excellent communication presentation skills Strong analytical problem-solving skills Perseverance in case of tough challenges to find alternate ways strategies. Ability to work within stringent timelines. Good interpersonal skills team player Networking skills for industry knowledge knowledge upgradation. Desirable Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard, PowerPoint and MS Excel.
