Job Description

1. Supervision and Team Management: o Oversee the performance and responsibilities of Monitoring Executives / QC Executives, ensuring adherence to operational standards. 2. Task Allocation and Shift Coordination: o Assign tasks to team members and manage rotational shifts to ensure optimal staffing and smooth operations. 3. Incident Reporting Oversight: o Review and approve incident reports prepared by junior staff and ensure timely communication with relevant personnel. 4. Maintenance Escalation: o Act as the point of escalation for maintenance issues reported by team members. Coordinate with technical staff or area managers for resolution. 5. CCTV Operations Management: o Supervise the retrieval of CCTV footage and ensure timely delivery to customers. Provide guidance to junior staff when needed. 6. Training and Skill Development: o Train Monitoring Executives / QC Executives in operational tasks, including computer skills, Microsoft Office tools, and report preparation. 7. Daily Shift Reports: o Ensure accurate and comprehensive daily shift activity reports are prepared and submitted. Review reports for completeness and accuracy. 8. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: o Address operational challenges and make informed decisions to ensure seamless workflow. 9. Performance Monitoring: o Monitor the performance of team members, provide constructive feedback, and recommend improvements. 10. Communication and Coordination: • Maintain effective communication with management and other departments to relay updates, concerns, and operational needs • Leadership and Supervision: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively. • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of basic computer operations, networking, and Microsoft Excel. • Language Skills: Proficiency in at least two languages (Hindi, English, Telugu). • Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues promptly and implement effective solutions. • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing reports and incident handling
