Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Karad Vapi, Gujarat

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand) + PF + ESIC

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in warehouse/logistics supervision

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A / BBA preferred)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all warehouse activities – receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of paint products to dealers and clients

Maintain daily stock records and update inward/outward entries

Monitor warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits

Manage a team of loaders, helpers, and warehouse staff

Coordinate with production and sales departments

Handle return stock and damaged goods responsibly

Prepare and share daily MIS and reports

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in warehouse operations (preferably in paints, chemicals, or FMCG)

Proficiency in stock entry systems and basic MS Excel

Strong leadership and team-handling abilities

Good coordination and communication skills

Honest, responsible, and punctual

Candidate Preference:

Male candidate, age 22–45

Local or nearby resident of Karad Vapi preferred

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
