Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Udaipur. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure efficient operation and delivery of financial services. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, setting performance goals, evaluating team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Team Leader will also engage in strategic planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive team success.
