Main Responsibilities & Tasks

• Lead and inspire a

  telesales team

  to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
• Monitor sales calls to enhance sales techniques, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (

  ) to identify trends and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Motivate the team to achieve targets and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Ensure all team members are proficient in sales processes and product knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in

  insurance tele sales

  is required.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
