Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The role includes coordinating with clients, setting performance goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
