Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Team Leader at Cognizant Technology Solutions. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met, resolving any issues or conflicts within the team, and maintaining detailed reports on team performance and progress.
