Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience in threat hunting to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of robust security architectures to protect against cyber threats Oversee threat hunting activities to identify and mitigate potential security risks Provide expert guidance on security best practices and protocols Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization Develop and maintain security policies procedures and standards Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in a timely manner Implement advanced security technologies and tools to enhance threat detection capabilities Train and mentor junior security staff on threat hunting techniques and methodologies Analyze security data to identify trends and develop proactive strategies Ensure the continuous improvement of security processes and practices Communicate security risks and recommendations to senior management Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats and trends to inform strategic decisions Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of threat hunting techniques and methodologies Demonstrate proficiency in advanced security technologies and tools Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate security risks Showcase excellent communication skills to effectively convey security information Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Have experience in conducting security assessments and audits Display the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on cyber security trends Demonstrate leadership skills in training and mentoring junior staff Exhibit a proactive approach to developing security strategies Possess strong problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges Have a track record of successfully implementing security architectures Show dedication to maintaining high standards of security compliance.
