Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of stock market traders or analysts. Develop and implement trading and investment strategies. Monitor stock market trends, news, and economic indicators. Ensure effective risk management and capital protection. Review team performance and provide regular feedback and training. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Coordinate with research, risk, and operations teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading strategies, and financial instruments. Leadership and team management skills. Analytical and decision-making abilities. Risk assessment and management expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in fast-moving markets. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in stock trading, investment analysis, or portfolio management. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, NISM, Series licenses, etc.). Experience with trading platforms and financial analysis tools.
