Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Mumbai. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations, manage and mentor a team of real estate professionals, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, providing expert guidance on property investments, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring
Expertise in commercial and residential real estate transactions
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales targets and drive team performance
Proficiency in property management and corporate relocation services
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in a real estate consultancy firm is a plus
