Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leadership and team management

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to improve performance and hit individual targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one performance reviews.
Hire and train new sales staff.
Manage team absence and performance.

Sales strategy and performance

Develop and implement sales strategies, initiatives, and plans to drive growth.
Set sales goals and targets for the team and individual members.
Monitor and analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and report to management.
Ensure the sales team is up-to-date on new products, promotions, and industry trends.

Customer and stakeholder relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints or disputes promptly.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to align efforts and improve the customer experience.
