Team Leader, AMRUT 2.0 Consultancy Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the third party review and monitoring of AMRUT 2.0 projects. We are seeking Civil Engineers with a minimum of 15 years of experience in third party inspection projects of water supply/sanitation/drainage and a proven track record of successfully leading teams to deliver complex projects of water supply/sanitation on time and within budget.

Responsibility:

• Lead and manage the team to execute the third party review and monitoring of AMRUT 2.0 projects according to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.
• Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
• Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness through recovery plans by the executive agencies.
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and exploration of new ideas and technologies.
• To proactively act on optimum resources mobilization to control the budgetary provisions

Requirements :

• Postgraduate in Civil Engineering with at least 12 years of experience or

Graduate in Civil Engineering with at least 15 years of experience

• Experience in construction/ monitoring & evaluation/project management/ design/ DPR preparation of water/ used water/drainage projects

• At least 4 years of experience working as a team lead
