Job Description

Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling within Sales of Digital Banking products via Digital Sales channel.
• Well-versed KPI and KRAs relevant to contact centre management. • Strong understanding of sales core metrics and able to drive the Team achieving the target. • Proven leadership skills to guide, inspire, and manage diverse teams effectively. • Proficient in performance data analysis to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. • Familiarity with banking systems, CRM platforms, dialler and contact centre technologies.
