Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Team Lead

to oversee our VPN technical support process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical support, operations management, and VPN troubleshooting, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the VPN technical support team
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA compliance
  • Handle escalations and complex technical issues
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements
  • Train and guide team members to enhance performance and knowledge

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in technical support and operations management (preferably in VPN or networking domain)
  • Strong understanding of VPN concepts, troubleshooting, and related tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
