Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, PHP, and Laravel. Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and debugging complex technical issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining performance, security, and scalability. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Conduct one-on-one mentoring, performance reviews, and skill development sessions for team members. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and recommend new tools and technologies. Manage risks, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions for seamless project execution. Oversee implementation of coding standards, best practices, and version control processes. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services into applications. Optimize applications for maximum performance and user experience. Provide guidance in setting up CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Drive the adoption of Agile or Scrum methodologies for efficient project management. Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Promote a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Contribute to the overall strategy and technical roadmap of the organization. Required Skills: 6+ years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, PHP, and Laravel. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture. Proficiency in managing source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
