Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains. Lead the development and launch of new ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1155 tokens. Build and optimize DeFi protocols, staking platforms, and liquidity pools. Develop and maintain NFT marketplaces and associated smart contracts. Integrate web3 functionalities using Web3.js / Ethers.js. Write clean, secure, and well-documented blockchain code. Stay updated with emerging blockchain trends and technologies like Layer-2 solutions, zk-rollups, and token bridges. Required Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Blockchain Development. Good understanding of Ethereum and EVM-based networks. Experience with Solidity, Smart Contract Development, and Gas Optimization. Experience in Token Development (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155 etc). Knowledge of DeFi protocols, yield farming, staking, and liquidity mechanisms. Proficiency with tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache, and Remix. Experience with NFT Marketplace development. Good understanding of web3 integrations, wallet APIs (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect). Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with other chains like Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Avalanche, Solana, etc. Knowledge of Rust, Vyper, or Move (for cross-chain development). Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking. Excellent communication and team collaboration. Ability to work independently and lead team as well.
