Blockchain Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Blockchain Developer with strong expertise in building decentralized applications and smart contracts. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying blockchain solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and backend engineers to bring cutting-edge Web3 solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible blockchains
• Develop Decentralized Applications (DApps) and integrate them with frontend/backend systems.
• Work with Web3 libraries (Web3.js, Ethers.js) for blockchain interactions.
• Implement NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and DeFi protocols (ERC-20).
• Optimize smart contracts for gas efficiency and security.
• Research and integrate the latest blockchain frameworks and tools.
• Conduct code reviews, security audits, and testing of blockchain components

Technical Skills Required

• Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, Hyperledger (optional)
• Smart Contracts: Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Remix IDE
• Web3 Tools: Web3.js, Ethers.js, Alchemy, Infura
• Programming Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python (preferred), Go (optional)
• Frontend Frameworks: React.js, Next.js (for DApp UI integration)
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL (knowledge of decentralized storage like IPFS is a plus)
• Testing & Deployment: Hardhat/Truffle testing, Ganache, Mocha/Chai
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
• Security: Knowledge of smart contract vulnerabilities (Re-entrancy, Overflows, Front-running, etc.)
• Other Tools: Docker, Kubernetes (for scalable deployment), CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Blockchain Developer.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and cryptography.
• Experience in Web3, DeFi, or NFT projects preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Passion for exploring emerging technologies (Web3, Metaverse, DeFi, NFTs)
