About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Blockchain Engineer with deep, practical experience across NFTs, smart contracts, node operations, and building custom blockchains. This role is ideal for someone who has built and maintained production-grade blockchain systems, not just deployed sample contracts. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling decentralized systems from the ground up. Experience: 2–5 years (blockchain-focused) Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Required Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts (Solidity / Rust / Move or similar) Build and manage NFT ecosystems (minting, marketplaces, royalties, metadata, on-chain/off-chain storage) Run, maintain, and monitor blockchain nodes (validators, RPC nodes, archival nodes) Architect and build custom blockchains / app-chains Implement token standards, governance models, staking, and incentive mechanisms Perform smart contract audits, security reviews, and gas optimization Integrate blockchain systems with backend services, wallets, and APIs Troubleshoot network, consensus, and performance issues Stay updated with emerging blockchain protocols and tooling Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Ethereum / EVM-based chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, etc.) Hands-on experience with NFTs (ERC-721, ERC-1155, custom implementations) Proven experience in node setup & maintenance Experience building or contributing to own blockchain / custom chain Deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, networking, and blockchain architecture Proficiency in Solidity, and familiarity with Rust / Go / TypeScript Experience with Web3 libraries Familiarity with IPFS, Arweave, or similar decentralized storage Strong understanding of security best practices Nice to Have Prior work on DeFi protocols, bridges, or cross-chain solutions Experience running validators in mainnet environments Open-source contributions in blockchain projects What We Offer Opportunity to build and maintain cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure High ownership and technical decision-making power Competitive compensation (based on experience) Flexible working model (remote-friendly) Work with a highly technical and ambitious team
