As a skilled Blockchain Developer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain-based networks to ensure data security through cryptography. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, implementing, and deploying secure blockchain-based applications and networks. - Analyzing blockchain technology requirements, customizing frameworks, and managing deployments and maintenance. - Developing features, smart contracts, and multithreaded code using languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Go Lang. - Applying advanced cryptography techniques to safeguard digital transactions and data integrity. - Collaborating with managers and cross-functional teams to assess blockchain use cases and predict technical capabilities. - Maintaining client-side and server-side blockchain applications for high performance. - Optimizing blockchain performance and security by integrating new tools and emerging technologies. - Documenting development processes and enforcing best practices in data protection and blockchain compliance. - Staying updated with evolving blockchain protocols, cryptography methods, and emerging consensus models. - Preparing and maintaining work breakdown structures to ensure predictable delivery and quality outcomes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields. - 5 years of hands-on experience in Blockchain Engineering or Decentralized Application Development. - Strong programming experience with C++, Java, Python, and JavaScript; GoLang preferred. - Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and back-end development. - Proficiency in cryptography, blockchain protocols, and decentralized architectures. - Experience with Ethereum Smart Contracts, Solidity, MultiSig Wallets, and DApp frameworks preferred. - Knowledge of Dash-based chains, Masternodes, and Staking nodes is advantageous. - Familiarity with Bitcoin Core or TRON ecosystems is a plus. - TDD (Test-Driven Development) mindset with experience writing secure, optimized contract code. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Fluent in English and able to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
