Job Title: Team Lead - Talent Acquisition

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM IST

Workdays: Monday to Friday (5 days working from office)

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of recruiters to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for diverse technical roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with organizational needs
• Partner with stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
• Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition processes and maintain accurate candidate/requisition data in the ATS.
• Mentor and support by sharing best practices, guiding on sourcing techniques, and enhancing candidate engagement skills.
• Independently manage complex and high-priority requisitions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Leverage innovative sourcing methods and stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and industry trends to strengthen hiring strategies.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduate with 12+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT Services / IT Consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools like JobDiva (preferred) or other industry-standard platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and lead a recruitment team while personally driving critical hiring needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
