About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. This role requires expertise in client management, project planning, and execution, serving as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity, accountability, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment.
Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Lead project meetings, share regular updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Apply best practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Foster a collaborative team culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

5-7 years of experience in project management within a technology or product-driven environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Experience working on non-profit or social impact projects (preferred).
PMP certification or similar credentials (advantageous).
