Position: Team Lead – Social Media Location: New Delhi (On-site at CSIR-NIScPR Office) Company: Airkomm Project: CSIR – National Institute of Science Communication and Policy Research (NIScPR) Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in social media/digital content roles, with at least 2 years in a team lead position Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: Airkomm is looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – Social Media to manage and execute digital strategies for our ongoing project with CSIR-NIScPR. The role involves leading a small on-site team, coordinating closely with client departments, managing content flow, and ensuring high-impact communication aligned with national science and policy goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise a team of social media executives, designers, and content writers on-site • Plan and implement monthly content calendars based on the client’s objectives • Oversee content development across platforms – posts, creatives, reels, infographics, and videos • Coordinate with CSIR-NIScPR’s internal teams for content approvals and updates • Ensure consistent, timely publishing across platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) • Track and analyze performance metrics; compile weekly/monthly analytics reports • Ensure adherence to government communication standards and digital branding norms • Proactively manage queries, escalations, and maintain smooth client relationships AIRKOMM MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED 3RD FLOOR, 8, F 23 POCKET ROHINI SECTOR 3 NEW DELHI, New Delhi, North West Delhi, Delhi, 110085 Skills & Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Science, or Humanities • Proven record of leading a team in a similar capacity for at least 2 years • Strong content strategy and planning skills (bilingual: Hindi & English preferred) • Hands-on experience with scheduling/monitoring tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite • Ability to adapt to government communication tone and compliance • Excellent interpersonal, team management, and client coordination skills Why Join Airkomm? • Be part of a nationally significant project in science communication • Opportunity to lead creative initiatives and high-visibility campaigns • Growth-focused and supportive team culture To Apply: Send your CV and work samples (if available) to zubiya.javed@airkomm.com with the subject line: Application – Team Lead (CSIR-NIScPR).
