The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across platforms, content creation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage content planning, creation, and publishing across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to deliver cohesive campaigns. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare monthly reports to drive insights and improvements. Oversee and optimize paid social campaigns. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (mandatory). Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media management. Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content strategy, and brand building. Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics dashboards.
