Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate candidates only
• Overall 3 years of experience in BPO
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead in hard-core sales (Insurance preferred)
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and sales KPIs
• Immediate joiners required
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Drive hard-core sales performance in an Insurance BPO environment
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to sales quality standards
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Analyse sales data and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
• Motivate team members and maintain a high-performance environment
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of sales metrics, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Proven experience in managing high-pressure sales environments
• Willing to work from office and flexible with shifts
• Familiar with BPO working culture and documentation requirements
