Team Lead Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment team based in Trivandrum to meet organizational hiring needs.
  
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
  
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
  
• Mentor and support the recruitment team to improve sourcing techniques, candidate engagement, and closure rates.
  
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  
• Maintain recruitment metrics and dashboards (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and provide regular reports.
  
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience and build a strong employer brand in the Trivandrum talent market.
  
• Stay updated on hiring trends and local employment market dynamics to adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best HR practices during all recruitment activities.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 5+ years of total recruitment experience, with at least 12 years in a team leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and sourcing techniques.
  
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Prior experience hiring in IT/ITES, technology, or similar industries in Kerala or South India is a plus.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  
• Familiarity with local job markets and hiring trends in Trivandrum and surrounding regions.
  
• Experience in campus recruitment and building local talent pipelines is an advantage.
