Position Information Position: Sales Team Leader Male candidates only Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Sales & Team Handling What You'll Do- Lead, manage, and supervise a high-performing team of real estate sales agents. Set ambitious sales targets and drive the team to exceed them. Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, client engagement, deal negotiation, and closure. Train new hires and conduct ongoing skill development programs. Mentor, coach, and track team performance; implement improvement plans. Generate leads via networking, events, and marketing initiatives. Present projects, negotiate deals, and manage documentation. Ensure superior client satisfaction and promptly handle escalations. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research. Collaborate with marketing on campaign and lead-generation strategy. Identify new business opportunities and niche market segments. Manage team schedules and optimize workflow. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management. Candidate Profile- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales and leadership. Strong leadership skills: motivating, coaching, and managing a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities. Sound understanding of the Gurugram/Haryana real estate market. Adept at CRM tools, sales analytics, and contract management.
