Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Leadership:

    Lead, train, and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to achieve sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance team performance.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds sales goals, focusing on card acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling of products and services.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    Track team performance, provide regular updates, and prepare sales reports. Analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:

    Drive efforts to acquire new customers through outbound sales techniques (e.g., cold calling, follow-ups) while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
  • Attrition & Shrinkage Control:

    Monitor team attrition, implement retention strategies, and ensure minimal downtime and shrinkage. Maintain optimal scheduling to maximize productivity.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    2-4 years of outbound sales experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Skills:

    Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
