📊 Role Overview

Business Development Executives (BDEs)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Hire & Build:

  Recruit, train, and retain a strong team of

  10–12 BDEs

  + Sales Partners (freelancers).

• Lead from the Front:

  Conduct field visits, drive merchant onboarding, and close SoundPod sales.

• Deliver Excellence:

  Ensure merchant service, revisit support, and issue resolution.

• Achieve & Celebrate:

  Drive your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Coach & Mentor:

  Inspire the team through daily gate meetings, performance tracking, and on-field support.

• Analyze & Strategize:

  Track KPIs, review data, and create winning sales strategies.

📝 What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree (MBA preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience

  in sales (priority:

  Fintech, Telecom, FMCG- Direct Sales

  ).
• Strong track record of team handling & target achievement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High energy, self-driven, and ready to travel extensively within assigned territory.
